You will be led through the Backhealer Breathing system to create calmness. Then we will do a series of muscle assessments and then a personalized plan for your self myofascial release at home will be discussed.


Fitness and Exercise

Session of strength, cardio, and fitness training. Sessions are planned to address your individual goals and achievement of these goals through a thoughtful and consistent approach. If you want to strengthen your back, loose fat, or just increase fitness these sessions are for you.

Class limit 1 - 6 participants. This session is designed for people who are looking to change the movement patterns in their brain and body. It is recommended that new clients have a Initial Private Session for a muscle assessment before participating in this class due to different stages of healing and personal needs.. The session begins with breathing and self myofascial release and then leads you through a progression of stretching and exercise. Most movements are done on your back and belly. Must register and pre-pay for this session. Please call for same day booking. Tuesday 7 p.m., Wednesday 5:30 p.m., Friday 8 a.m., Saturday 12:15 p.m.
